    I would highly recommend NOT ordering from Neon Buddha. I placed an order three weeks ago (for which I have paid) -- and other than the order confirmation, I have received no further details: no confirmation of shipment, no expected arrival date. I have made repeated inquiries via email (I'd like to note that you cannot reach anyone by phone) and have received no response.

    Absolutely Horrible. I went in looking for a new phone back in november. Then I was told by the manager that I could get a Samsung on a 2yr contract and that I was able to suspend the payments whenever. Since I only spend 8 months a year in Canada, I thought that it was a good deal. However, in May, I was told by FIDO that it was impossible to supsend the payments. So now I had to pay 283$ worth of bill because of the manager that just lied to me and tricked me into getting that conract. I tried reaching out to them and they keep ignoring my messages.
